App Support

Contact support if you need help with:

  • account access or sign-in issues;
  • profile setup or app settings;
  • saved events, saved places, maps, or place details;
  • incorrect event, venue, place, or location information;
  • general feedback or feature suggestions;
  • report, block, or other social safety features;
  • account deletion or account access problems;
  • privacy, data, or rights-related requests.

Account Deletion And Associated Data

To delete your Werjo account, open the Werjo app and go to Settings > Delete account. Follow the confirmation and re-authentication steps shown in the app.

If you cannot access your account, cannot find the deletion controls, or the deletion process does not work, send an account deletion request to support@werjo.com. When possible, send the request from the email address connected to your Werjo account so we can verify the request safely.

Werjo may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account. After verification, we will process the request without undue delay and confirm when it is complete. Where the GDPR applies, the response timeframe described in the Privacy Policy applies.

Account deletion deletes or anonymises account-linked personal data, including your authentication account, profile details and avatar, saved events and places, preferences, follows, friend relationships, invitations, and account-owned push token and delivery records.

Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, moderation, dispute resolution, or support. Technical logs and backup copies are normally retained for up to 90 days. Reports, moderation records, and completed account-deletion audit records may be retained for up to 24 months. These periods may be longer only where needed for an active legal, safety, security, moderation, support, or dispute matter. More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.

Delete Selected Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion of selected account data without deleting your Werjo account. Send a data deletion request to support@werjo.com and state which data you want deleted.

Depending on the data connected to your account, you may request deletion of optional profile details or your avatar, saved events and places, preference state, follows, friend relationships, or invitations. Werjo will verify the request and delete or anonymise the requested data where technically available and legally permitted. Safety, moderation, security, deletion-audit, and other records subject to the retention rules above may be kept for the applicable period.
